Projekt składa się z trzech części: (1) szkolenia z umiejętności miękkich, (2) szkoleń z rynku energetycznego prowadzonych przez praktyków oraz spotkań z wybitnymi osobistościami tego sektora, (3) płatnych praktyk w firmach partnerskich.

„Szukamy ludzi wyjątkowych, z pasją, którzy w przyszłości będą należeć do grona najlepszych specjalistów jednej z najważniejszych gałęzi Polskiej gospodarki.” – mówi Małgorzata Kowalewska, koordynator projektu. Oferujemy unikalną możliwość poznania sektora energetycznego z różnych perspektyw, uczenia się od praktyków, doskonalenia umiejętności miękkich, a także rozwoju zawodowego podczas praktyk w firmach partnerskich.”

Udział w Akademii Energii jest dla uczestników całkowicie bezpłatny. Aby aplikować, należy na stronie Fundacji wypełnić formularz zgłoszeniowy dostępny w zakładce projektu. Nabór zgłoszeń trwa do 17 listopada.

Współorganizatorami projektu są: Fundacja 2065 im. Lesława A. Pagi, Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie.
